Expert reviews of Custom Line boats
★ 4.5ERA 202The Custom Line 106 (Era II) delivers exceptional Italian design and strong on-water performance with a 26-knot top speed, making it a standout in the 30–35m motor yacht segment. Its low, clean profile and Francesco Paszkowski interiors maximize livability for 10 guests across 5 cabins. While its 450nm range at cruise Read review →
★ 4.4YvonneThe Custom Line Navetta 28 is a compact tri-deck semi-displacement yacht that balances Italian styling, long-range cruising, and strong guest accommodation. It is not a high-speed sports yacht, but as a family or charter platform it offers a well-judged mix of comfort, efficiency, and usable volume.Read review →
★ 4.3Custom Line Navetta 33The 2019 Custom Line Navetta 33 is a standout semi-displacement megayacht that excels in design and livability, offering a full-beam main-deck master and five en-suite staterooms for 10 guests. While its top speed of 15 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots are modest compared to faster motor yachts, the 2,000-nm range Read review →Custom Line builds semi-custom superyachts of roughly 30 to 50 meters at Ferretti Group yards on Italy's Adriatic coast, a brand created in 1996. Its two current families are the displacement Navetta series and the fast Saetta range, capped by a 50-meter aluminum flagship.
A Ferretti Group brand since 1996
Ferretti Group launched Custom Line in 1996 as its label for large series-built yachts. The brand sits alongside Ferretti Yachts, Riva, Pershing, Itama, Wally, Mochi Craft, and CRN in the group's portfolio, and its hulls come out of group facilities on the Adriatic, Ancona among them. Each boat starts from a standard platform that owners then tailor inside, the middle ground between production yachts and full custom.
Navetta, Saetta and the aluminum 50
The Navetta range covers displacement yachts for long-distance cruising, currently the Navetta 30, 33, 38, and 42, with a Navetta 35 at project stage. Saetta, a renaming of the former Planing Line, groups the fast models and runs from the Saetta 106 to the Saetta 140, with a 128 also in project form. The Custom Line 50 rounds out the catalog: a 50-meter aluminum yacht kept under 500 gross tons and pitched at shallow cruising grounds such as the Caribbean.
Custom Line on the charter market
Earlier Navetta and planing models trade steadily on the brokerage market, and many spend their seasons in charter. On GetBoat, Custom Line yachts appear in charter and sale listings next to group stablemates Ferretti, Itama, and Wally.
