About this boat
Aegean Project Vortex — a new mega yacht from Aegean (construction began, delivery scheduled 2024). Project Vortex is a 37.7-meter motor yacht designed by Riza Tansu and built by Aegean Yacht in Bodrum, Turkey. Construction began in 2023 with the inaugural delivery scheduled for late 2024. The vessel is the first of two new projects commissioned by an experienced owner, followed by Project T-Rex. Project Vortex was later renamed to Carmen and delivered as a 37.3-meter explorer yacht in 2025. The yacht is equipped with twin MAN engines, offering a maximum speed of 16 knots and cruising speed of 13 knots. Carmen (formerly Project Vortex) will be available for charter starting August 2025 at €130,000 per week.
