Fiart Mare is an Italian motorboat and yacht builder based in Naples, on the Gulf of Naples, with production in Baia. The shipyard has built recreational motorboats since 1960 and is known for fiberglass construction, compact space planning, and sporty open boats and yachts.
History and shipyard
Fiart Mare was founded in 1960 by engineer Ruggero di Luggo, when the company launched the Conchita, a 3.6-metre open boat that became an early success. The yard says it has specialized from the beginning in motorboats with strong detailing and efficient use of space. Fiart is headquartered in Naples, while its production facility in Baia covers more than 50,000 square metres. The company has built pleasure boats for over 60 years and has expanded its range well beyond its first model.
Model range and design
Fiart’s current lineup includes the Seawalker series, the Classic line, and larger custom yachts such as the Cetera and P Line ranges. Recent reporting also describes the brand as offering sporty walkaround and open yachts, with models spanning roughly 11 to 18 metres and drive options that include inboard and outboard configurations. The builder is closely associated with fiberglass construction and with early use of thermosetting resins in European pleasure boating. Its boats are positioned around performance, onboard comfort, and flexible layouts rather than purely racing-oriented design.
