Conam was an Italian boat builder based in Pozzuoli, near Naples. The company was founded in 1980 and produced fiberglass leisure boats and motor yachts. It later became part of the Rodriquez Group and was closed in 2010.
Conam s.r.l. was founded in 1980 by Luigi and Giuseppe Cimino in Pozzuoli, in the Naples area. Its production focused on fiberglass pleasure boats and, later, larger cruising yachts. In 2002 the yard entered the Rodriquez Group and adopted the name Conam Costruzioni Navali Mediterranei S.p.A. The shipyard was closed in 2010. The builder is listed as an Italian GRP planing-boat producer with an address in Pozzuoli.
Conam built motor yachts and cruisers in the mid- to upper-size range, with models documented from about 14 to 24 meters. Known model names include the 46 Sport, 50 Futura, 58 Sport, 58 Sport HT, 60 Wide Body, 75 Wide Body, 80 Sport and Solania 81. The brand’s boats are often described as Italian-designed express cruisers and motor yachts with sporty profiles, narrow beams, and a focus on planing performance. Several examples remain in the brokerage market today.
