Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the unique nature of our yachts and the difficulty of chartering the same dates around your tour date, our cancellation policy is enforced by all yacht owners and agencies.
However, in cases of illness, natural disaster, war, etc., if negotiated in good faith with the yacht owner and approved by them, a full reimbursement of 100% may be possible. Please note that this decision is at the discretion of the yacht owners.
Should you need to cancel your tour or request a date change for any reason, we are happy to assist you provided the yacht is available for the desired dates.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 25% of the down payment for cancellations made at least 120 days before the tour date
- 50% of the down payment for cancellations made 119-90 days before the tour date
- 75% of the down payment for cancellations made 89-60 days before the tour date
- 100% of the down payment for cancellations made 59-0 days before the tour date
These amounts will be collected as the cancellation charge.
