Voraz 500 (2022)

Madam Ching is a perfect boat to spend a day at sea, enjoying the sun and the coast. Purchased new in 2022, it works perfectly and is very easy to handle. The minimum required qualification is the navigation license.

Possible destinations are of great natural and scenic value. If we head south, just leaving the port you can see in the bow the famous castle of Papa Luna, in Peñíscola, whose historical significance and monumental appearance has made it a setting for movies on numerous occasions. The most recent and relevant being in Game of Thrones. Anchoring in front of the castle is a must for those who want to get the best selfie. But the beauty of Peñíscola does not end there. Half a mile further south, the Sierra de Irta begins, a natural landscape where the mountain meets the sea, without buildings in between. A true paradise less than an hour's sail from Benicarló, with free mooring buoys from which you can see the Badum tower or Pebret beach. On the other side of the mountain, the Les Fonts nautical club in Alcocebre awaits us, where we can stop for lunch or do some shopping in its port.

If we wish to head north, along the coast leading to Vinaroz, we come across coves that can only be accessed by sea. We can also choose to leave the boat in port for a few hours and go out to eat or enjoy the rich commerce offered by this city.

All of this is what we find in the coastal towns near Benicarlo. But its marina is also not lacking. You can find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. From typical local rice dishes, to pizza, tapas, kebabs or mixed dishes, as well as cutlery and ice cream. All this with free parking, so renting this wonderful boat will not entail any extra expense.
