About this boat

Really a nice sailing ship with many sailing possibilities inside and outside the Netherlands, because of the depth of the keel, so a large sailing ar The Bries is a classic polyester sailing ship designed and manufactured by E.G. van de Stadt in the years 1968-1972. The Bries is known for its seaworthiness and for its idiosyncratic superstructure, which is high and has relatively straight lines, does not appeal to everyone, but that high superstructure gives a lot of comfort and provides a spacious saloon with a headroom of over 180. She is suitable for sailing vacations and days out, has a reputation of a stable and reliable tour sailor. Designed for coastal waters, IJsselmeer, Wadden Sea and even the North Sea if used wisely. Due to the relatively heavy construction and considerable ballast, the ship feels solid, even in a little more wind. Solar panel: Enough to charge your phone and keep track of the battery charge.
