- In case of bad weather: rain more than 40% of the day or winds exceeding force 6, the rental will be postponed to the next day. next day that the client wants and the boat is available, paying the difference in rate if there is one.

- In the event that the client cannot attend later, exceptionally 50% of the rental will be refunded, after deducting SAMboat's commissions and fees.

- Our staff will determine on the same day of the rental at the port with the clients already present if the conditions are not suitable, never days before.
