About this boat

Hello.

Following information from the maritime prefecture, I am stopping the rental of the sailboat while waiting to start my own business once all the formalities are accepted! That's why the sailboat is no longer available.

Sincerely, Bernard.

Welcome aboard...

The sailboat is brand new, and I enjoy spending as much time on board as possible.

"I only do co-navigation: I AM ALWAYS ON BOARD."

No smoking inside, in case of a "crisis" derogation possible on the aft platform if the weather is fine... or outside...

Please wear boat shoes...

Life jackets are mandatory for non-swimmers or as soon as the swell picks up...

Price indicated is for 1 person.

Count 50€ per day & per additional person from the 2nd person (decreasing rate for following days).

Custom price proposal according to family composition with children.

I live 4 hours' drive from La Rochelle, so when I am not on site, I do not rent for a day!

The sailboat is super comfortable, with two closed double cabins with closet and equipment, a large and superb bathroom with toilet and shower (hot water everywhere).

An L-shaped kitchen with a large 40-liter refrigerated cooler and a 2-burner gimbaled stove.

The water capacity is 120 liters of water plus 20 liters of hot water in the boiler.

The interior is made of solid light oak with a headroom of 1.87m, a very friendly and comfortable saloon, numerous equipment and storage lockers, exceptional interior clarity thanks to its 8 panels and deck hatches...

You can take a virtual tour on the importer's website TESYACHTFRANCE or watch videos showing the interior, beaching, etc...

Its brightness is really one of its strengths. Indeed, when entering the saloon, a real feeling of well-being immediately emerges: natural light enters at will thanks to the balance of the portholes and deck panels.

All maneuvers are led to the cockpit and the sailboat is equipped with an autopilot and a state-of-the-art navigation system on the wheel console, with possible Wi-Fi relay on iPad for watches in the saloon.

The emergency tiller is within easy reach in the very large gas strut locker on starboard with the floating anchor.

With its shallow draft, it can easily navigate small rivers, rias, and beach with ease.

Its large foldable aft platform of 135 by 90 cm allows you to walk on the sand or board the boat, during swimming thanks to its integrated folding ladder...

Considerable volumes everywhere mean that this 9.60 m sailboat with its folded platform has nothing to envy its much larger rivals!!!

Although being a lifting keel, the sailboat sails upwind quite well and is very spirited.

So a great sailboat and that's why I was seduced and bought it... replacing its little brother, a magnificent TES720 which was sold the following season.

Nights in different ports other than La Rochelle will be paid directly to the port authorities of the stopover ports.

You should also budget for start-up and cleaning costs amounting to 80 euros, knowing that I have to come the day before and leave the next day to prepare and maintain the boat.

General expenses (port, fuel, food) are the responsibility of the tenants.

Diesel and gasoline mixture refills for the dinghy are done before departure and refilled upon arrival... Fuel costs are calculated upon return to the port of La Rochelle...

Tenants choose the stopover locations and pay for nights at ports (other than La Rochelle which is the home port and therefore free) except for nights spent at free anchorages or on anchor when weather permits.

Sincerely, Bernard
