Sailing Lesson on a 19' Pearson Resolute Sloop in Olga, Washington (1968)

The boat is a Pearson Resolute is a stout, comfortable and confidence inspiring fin keel, 19' sloop with a great small-boat feel. Equipped with a quiet 4 stroke outboard motor, it's perfect for learning how to sail. "Zany" is our primary trainer. Huge cockpit easily seats 6 adults.  We could be the highlight of your vacation! All trips are hands-on to insure maximum fun. No per-person charges, no crowds, every trip is a personalized lesson for you and yours only. Sailing Lessons Half day lesson: Enjoy a half day on the water with sailing instruction from a captain. This will include learning sailing terminology and hands on sailing in and around Obstruction Pass. A half day lesson is approximately 3 hours and can be scheduled for the morning 9:00 -12:00 or afternoon 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Lessons are private and designed so you can brings friends and family with no extra charge. Up to 6 people can be part of the lesson. Full day lesson: Enjoy a full day on the water with sailing instruction from a captain. This will include learning sailing terminology and hands on sailing in and around Obstruction Pass. A full day allows for more instruction time and to see more of the island.
