Sybaris is a classical American ketch built in Florida in 1986 to the very highest standard. After being used for exclusive charter between 2006 and 2012 she has since undergone a complete rebuild. New teak deck, new paint, new rigging, new electrical equipment, new sails, and much much more. She is registered on the Greek commercial registry with its very strict safety regulations. You will be sailing with either Per (yacht owner) who is a RYA Offshore Yachtmaster with more than 20 years of sailing experience, or Tassos a Greek master skipper with a lifetime of sailing experience. The team is also joined by a hostess to make sure you are well taken care of and fed the very best breakfast and lunches. Dinners are all consumed on shore in local tavernas of you own choice. We generally cruise in the area between Rhodes and Kos (Simi, Nisiros, Tilos, Halki and Alimnia), but we are flexible and more than happy to offer special itineraries to your wishes going up to Samos to the north or Kastellorizo to the SE.
