The Regulator 23 is 27' overall and is an excellent riding offshore center console. Whether your day involves fishing or cruising, this boat can do it all well! The day can include hanging out inshore, or heading offshore to Catalina or chasing pelagics! I am a USCG licensed captain and have over 20 years of experience on the water including in the northeast, southeast, and Southern CA. Reach out to me and we can discuss customizing a perfect day on the water for you. The boat is stored on a trailer and can be available anywhere in Southern, CA.
