Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION :
1. The cruise will be cancelled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of the bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc). In this case, trip can be rescheduled, but not refunded.
2. Please note that sighting of manta rays are not guranteed, as they are wild animals and unpredictable.
3. The itinerary may be subject to change by our crew due to weather and sea conditions, such as strong current and big waves. For safety first for everyone.
