Hello, I offer for rent, departing from the Etang Z'abricot marina (ideal location next to Fort de France), an exceptional sailboat: the Pogo 30 "TeMana". Boat of the latest generation race-cruiser, its reputation is well established: it is versatile and allows sailing offshore or coastal, with a reduced crew or with family. 9.14 meters long and 3.70 meters wide, the Pogo30 is powerful and easily gets on plane: ideal for having fun while sailing fast and well! TeMana is in perfect condition (built in 2019), carbon mast and bowsprit, fixed keel (2 meters draft). The sails are new (main sail, Solent, staysail, spinnaker, and gennaker). It is equipped with state-of-the-art electronics (AIS, VHF, autopilot, navigation center, etc.) and navigation is done on an iPad and/or GPS plotter. It is also energy self-sufficient thanks to its solar panel and especially its hydrogenerator; therefore, you can enjoy the comfort of a fridge, very appreciated in the tropics. Other comfort features: 2-burner stove, sink, toilet compartment (sink, shower, toilet), hot and cold pressurized water, deck shower, bimini, bathing ladder, dinghy, paddle, fishing equipment. Its simple fittings offer an unusual volume for a sailboat of this size. Thus, its two double cabins can accommodate up to 4 people if you plan to sail for one, two, or three days. Beyond that, it is preferable to prioritize a maximum of 3 people. Its offshore equipment is complete and allows for all destinations in complete safety. Owner of TeMana, I am a sailing instructor and know my boat perfectly, as I recently completed the transatlantic crossing. I will stay on board and will be happy to help improve your skills (all levels accepted) and guide you in the Caribbean: For a stay on board of less than three days, it is best to stay in Martinique: the Caribbean coast - from Saint Pierre to Les Salines - is superb and full of discoveries; Beyond 3 days, nearby islands are accessible: Dominica, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent are just a few hours of sailing away, and Guadeloupe or the Grenadines are less than 24 hours away! The prices displayed on the website do not include provisioning and clearance fees if any. These remain the responsibility of the tenant.
