About this boat
Albatross is a 10-meter Dutch Pedro 30, fully restored, moored in the peaceful village of Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux. Renovated with care and character, it is ideal for discovering the Blavet Valley - one of the most beautiful waterways in Brittany. Sleeping accommodations: 4 adults + 1 child. Cabins: V-shaped forward cabin, double rear cabin, and narrower berth in the wheelhouse (perfect for a child). Bathroom: shower and toilet. Kitchen: gas stove, refrigerator, cookware, and complete tableware. Equipment: bow thruster, solar panel, diesel heating, 12V outlets and shore power connection. Mooring: private location with electricity and free parking. A different rental. Albatross is not a fleet boat. Hand-restored, it offers a quieter, slower, and more personal experience. Whether cruising under trees, spending the night near an old stone bridge, or enjoying a quiet evening on deck, this boat is designed to take your time. From April to October, the rental includes the private boat (license-free and easy to maneuver), personalized instruction with passage through your first locks, as well as all bed linens, towels, dish towels, cleaning products, heating, and hot water. You also have a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave), WiFi depending on the area, and a TV with Firestick. For added comfort, a small welcome basket and a souvenir logbook are provided. Stays are offered with a minimum duration of 3 nights, with flexible arrival and departure days, throughout the boating season. Where can you go? We have selected a calm and assisted section of the Nantes to Brest Canal - ideal for beginners and suitable for leisurely cruises. Along the route: shaded towpaths and stone bridges, weekly markets in Baud and Pontivy, Saint-Gildas Chapel in Bieuzy (carved into the rock), mini-golf and cafes in the summer, direct access to Veloroute 8. Saint-Nicolas-des-Eaux is a charming village, known for its natural setting, walking paths, and peaceful atmosphere - an ideal starting point for a gentle cruise on the Blavet.
