About this boat

Discover the Neverland, a high-performance Grand Soleil 40 sailing yacht built by Cantiere del Pardo in 2005, now available for charter in Sanremo (Sanremo), Italy. This elegant 12-meter (39.35 ft) vessel offers exceptional sailing dynamics and comfort for up to 8 guests across 3 spacious cabins, making it ideal for family trips or group adventures on the Ligurian Sea.

If instead of a boat it were an hourglass, we could tilt it horizontally: for the Grand Soleil 40 the

time never seems to pass.

This 11.99 meter long boat represents a well-targeted choice both for those who mainly aim

speed, both for those who make comfort on board the most important thing.

After all, we are talking about a sailing yachy that over the years has won many regattas in its class

in the Mediterranean Sea.

Performance, therefore, is the best business card of Grand Soleil 40, but it does not steal the show

to the elegance of a boat of great appeal and proven functionality and comfort.

Ideal for long cruises, this famous model of Duck Design draws maximum comfort from the spaces

layout.

The deckhouse represents the right compromise to internally guarantee sufficient volumes of space

without sacrifice the aesthetics of the external lines.

The large sprayhood protects from the sun and water that may come when sailing in rough seas.

The large awning gives shade during the hottest days of the Mediterranean summer.

The cockpit has generous dimensions, especially in width. The transom, conceived in a way

essential, offers a good walkable floor.

The teak deck gives charm and beauty to this fantastic boat.

Once you have passed the entrance, you will immediately notice a refined atmosphere below deck

and, as in all Grand Soleil, the interior design has an excellent quality level.

The furnishings are made with quality materials and, as the traditional style of Cantieri del Pardo,

most of the upholstery is in wood.

The folding dinette guarantees additional space in the living room, eventually for two more guests

to sleep. The bow cabin with bathroom, toilet and shower offers a welcoming space: the bed is

confortable and wide.

Even the aft cabin, thanks to the large double bed, guarantees comfort only a boat of larger size can

offer.

Aft, next to the comfortable kitchen there is the second bathroom with shower.

The boat is equipped with Webasto heating in all internal areas, with a fresh water maker and boiler

for hot water.

This yacht mounts a 40 HP Yanmar engine with Saildrive and a folding blade propeller which does

allow the boat to reach a cruising speed of about 7 knots.

The sail plan is very generous, thanks to the oversized mast that offers excellent performance even

with little wind.

For daly cruises she can accomodate up to 10 guests, instead for longer cruises there is enough

space on the beds for up to 6 people.
