A Nautitech 40 (12m by 6.50m) from 2005, renovated in 2025 by us with a cozy atmosphere that gives it its charm. Lightweight and sturdy construction, it is a good compromise between comfort and navigation. We have made it self-sufficient in energy to better respect the environment and enjoy more freedom on the water. Thanks to its efficient electrical system powered by solar panels and a wind turbine, no more engine noise at anchor! It has a water capacity of 800 L and a desalinator to sail without constraints and avoid plastic overconsumption. Easy to handle, reassuring in its simplicity and size, both stable and comfortable with individual privacy spaces. Its enclosed cockpit makes it a secure space for children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people and has an authorized capacity for up to 12 people.
