This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is applicable to all bookings made with us. By engaging in our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
- A full refund will be issued.
- Cancellations between 29 and 11 days prior to arrival date:
- 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Cancellations between 10 days and the tour date:
- The full amount will be charged.
- No-show:
- In the case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
- Bad Weather Conditions:
- In the event of adverse weather conditions preventing the tour and if it is not possible to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.
- Refund Conditions:
- All refunds will be processed net of any bank charges or fees incurred during the transaction.
