Enjoy a regenerating experience on the Motonave Santa Maria, diving into the crystalline sea of Porto Cesareo to explore its rich seabed and admire the naturalistic and archaeological sites of the Marine Protected Area!

BOARDING POINT: PORTO CESAREO at Lungomare Raffaele Sambati, corner of Piazza Nazario Sauro, near the restaurant “Lu Cannizzu”.
The Motonave Santa Maria will sail north touching some of the most important points of the Porto Cesareo Marine Protected Area, thus exploring naturalistic and archaeological sites:

ITINERARY – NORTH ROUTE  Isola dei Conigli – The large island
 Scala di Furno – Archaeological site
 Isola della Malva – With its characteristic heart shape
 Torre Chianca – One of the Saracen towers defending the territory
 Torre Lapillo Bay – Snorkeling stop at the submerged statue of the Madonna dei Naviganti
 Torre Castiglione
 Return to the dock with an experiential view of the coast of Porto Cesareo

CURIOSITIES
The Santa Maria motorboat, born as "Corallina" - a vessel for fishing red coral, is a former 20-meter fishing vessel from 1980 - built according to the ancient nautical method in oak and iroko wood at the Torre del Greco (NA) shipyard. It can accommodate up to 55 passengers and guarantee the correct distribution of sailors thanks to its three decks: two covered, one with a dining room and both with a panoramic view; and the bow deck with panoramic seats exposed to the sun.
The vessel is also equipped with a toilet, bar and food service (on request).
