Mare Monti is a 12m long-range sailboat (Moody 40 center cockpit), fully equipped. Based in the harbor of Hyères, the sailboat can travel along the French Riviera, Corsica, Sardinia, and the Balearic Islands. Mare Monti is a Moody 40, a sturdy 12-meter sailboat for 6 people (6 real berths including two doubles), based in the harbor of Hyères. The islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros are 1 hour away by navigation. Corsica is 15 hours away. It is a perfect boat for hopping from cove to cove, with its solid anchorage, dinghy, paddleboard, etc. On offshore crossings, it is robust and reassuring with its central cockpit, equipped with a reliable and properly sized 55hp Volvo Penta D2 engine.

Total autonomy - a boat that doesn't need a port

This is the real asset of Mare Monti: you can stay at anchor for as long as you want, without returning to the marina.

Water maker: produces 30 liters of fresh water per hour, no need to search for water
Solar panels: two independent electrical systems, constantly recharged
Optional onboard Starlink: high-speed internet at anchor and while sailing

The boat is well-maintained, compliant with Division 240:
Revised 55hp diesel engine

Rates - advantageous for long stays

Mare Monti is designed for cruising: the longer you stay, the more attractive the rate (see rates).

Possible to go on day trips (with the owner on board) for 7 people, in the golden islands (Porquerolles, Hyères Bay, Port-Cros, Brégançon...), paddleboarding, snorkeling, etc., with the possibility of lunch, departure at 8:30 am, return at 6 pm in La Capte, rate for 7 people €350 excluding meals.

Insurance and security deposit

Comprehensive insurance with a clause for private rentals, the tenant must take out liability insurance for the duration of the rental. Security deposit: €4,000.
