About this boat
USCG 100 Ton Master Captain Mark is insured and an Authorized Tour Guide of the National Park Service's Cape Lookout National Seashore which includes Shackleford Banks, to see the wild horses and to discover great shelling, plus the Cape Lookout Lighthouse.
Sunset and Dolphin Cruises, Travel on the ICW and have lunch in Swansboro, enjoy the quaint town of Beaufort and the fishing village of Morehead City. We also perform Burials at Sea.
Captain Mark is an Admissions Partner to the USCG Academy which trains future Officers.
- USCG Aux Certified Instructor as well as a Certified Vessel Examiner for recreational vessels up to 65 feet.
- Captain Mark received the Auxiliarist of the Year Award in 2025 from the USCG Auxiliary.
- Is the voice, writer, and producer of the Boating Safety Minute, heard daily on East Carolina radio from mid-March through mid-October.
- Serves in the USCG Auxiliary, Department of Homeland Security.
