The yacht was designed by RWD with flowing lines and a semi-suspended glass feature. Construction began in March 2021, with the hull first seen in December 2023. Jassj has an IMO number of 9954541 and a displacement of 3,420 tons. Lürssen is a German shipyard headquartered in Bremen, Germany. The yacht is classified as one of Lürssen's major 2025 superyacht projects alongside Deep Blue, Boardwalk, Cosmos, and Ace 21.
