About this boat
DAY OF EMBARKATION/DISCHARGE = Saturday
The catamaran has 4 cabins, one of which will be available for the crew.
Performance & Comfort:
Built in South Africa and born from the close collaboration between Robertson and Caine and Morrelli and Melvin (designers of world record-breaking catamarans such as PlayStation), this catamaran represents a perfect combination of performance and comfort, also thanks to a significant narrowing of the immersed part of the hulls and a generous sail plan. Other interesting features include a first-class anchoring system, a convenient tender davit with electric winch and two 30 HP diesel engines for good performance even under engine.
The Cockpit:
The Leopard 38 has a large cockpit with an external dining area and a versatile ergonomic seat for maximum comfort; This layout makes the stern of the boat extremely liveable, creating a "terrace on the sea" from which you can enjoy the view, sipping a drink with your feet in the water and experience stops at anchor in close contact with nature.
A functional hard-top bimini protects the cockpit area and the helm station, where all the main sailing controls are located.
The Bow:
At the bow there is a comfortable and spacious net that allows you to relax in the sun, or enjoy the pace in close contact with the sea. The two large lockers in front of the dinette window, in addition to housing two fresh water tanks, provide a support for a comfortable reading while relaxing, or a space for a dance at sunset.
The Dinette:
The dinette design incorporates a spacious lounge area, with a large table surrounded by a long and comfortable seat and a galley facing aft with a service window that overlooks the adjacent cockpit area. Large vertical windows at the front provide excellent protection from the sun and rain and have allowed the designers to maximise the internal volume in the saloon area, with a height of 1.95 m.
