De kolibri 560 is een wendbare zeilboot, ideaal voor dagtochten en weekendtrips langs de Nederlandse wateren. De boot biedt slaapplaatsen aan voor 4 personen in de oude haven van Huizen. Ze dateert uit 1976 maar werd volledig gerestaureerd in 1999 wat een langdurig behoud van de boot garandeert. De boot heeft een verleden in deelnames aan wedstrijden wat aantoont dat het een sportief, wendbaar en betrouwbaar vaartuig is.
