About this boat
My name is Aurelio, I am the owner and commander of the "Luise".
Passion for the sea has always permeated my life and that of my loved ones.
Now, together with Francesca, a precious lifelong companion, I have the time necessary to share it with new friends, who will surely be a consequence of the experience I offer.
For the neophyte, living on board is an adventure that has always intrigued and attracted him while walking on summer evenings through ports and seafronts. While for those who already have experience in this sense, it is a way to consolidate their passion for sailing.
The boat is a 53-foot American Trawler (about 16 meters) in perfect condition, admired in every port it touches by those who have expertise in the sea for its clean and marine lines.
Equipped with large spaces on board such as the living room, the cockpit, the convivial sundeck at the bow, the magnificent Flybridge of almost 35 square meters, with a 360 degree view with a welcoming dinette sheltered from the sun equipped for barbecues and contemplative drinks; the Luise is ready to welcome 5 guests in its comfortable accommodations, or 10 people for daily tours in a truly marine experience that will surely leave a mark. The aim of the project is to give enthusiasts and the simply curious the opportunity to enjoy the sea and the fascinating world of sailing along one of the most beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean.
The "Luise" flies the Italian flag, a requirement that guarantees perfect sailing conditions, having to carry out periodic checks by law that certify its safety conditions and general condition. It is an “amateur boat” and not the usual “charter boat”, this means care and efficiency, impeccable cleanliness, precious interiors in Burmese Teak and not plastic, marine furniture, equipment that is always working because we are also owners and always present on board, this guarantees a deep knowledge and readiness in the event of an intervention for any inconvenience.
“Trawler”, a very comfortable boat.
“Luise” is a traditional Trawler of fishing origin, hence the seaworthiness and comfortable offshore navigation. Designed by the American shipyard King Yacht Corporation, it is produced in Taiwan, by qualified workers in an area rich in the best essences of Burmese Teak which can be enjoyed everywhere on board. Completely restructured and brought back to maximum efficiency and beauty, this true “lady of the sea” has always been admired on the docks of all the marinas it visits for its classic lines, the attention to detail, for the benefit of the expert eye of seafarers.
Luise: beautiful, safe, fun. The hull has harmonious and elegant lines, Teak deck, offers maximum comfort to lovers of the sea and boating holidays. Powered by two unstoppable Caterpillar series 8302 of 380 horsepower each, exuberant and oversized power to guarantee reliability and safety. But the secret of its being so seaworthy, is hidden under the waterline. What in the colorful nautical jargon is called Opera Viva to underline the importance in navigation: the hull. Designed to face important seas, its waterlines are made not to contrast the waves but to follow them, making navigation pleasant at all speeds and even in rough seas.
It is equipped and accessorized with everything that guarantees safe navigation in compliance with the law, and in maximum comfort:
Life raft for 10 passengers
6kW inverter group, pure sine wave
ONAN 6kW generator group, just overhauled at zero hours
Kitchen with oven, refrigerator, 150-liter freezer
Washing machine
Four-zone air conditioning
Stereo system and 43" TV
Bathroom platform with f/c shower
Zodiac 290 dinghy tender, GRP keel
Yamaha 15 hp 4-stroke outboard
Crane for managing the tender on the Fly
