Jeanneau Sun Rise DL (1986)

Hello everyone, I offer for rent this very beautiful sailboat Jeaneau Sun Rise 34. It was launched in 1986 and has always been perfectly maintained. They are known for their excellent seafaring character, allowing you to sail without fears. I was able to verify this recently by making a round trip from Lorient to Spain via the Bay of Biscay last November with gusts of 40 knots and a well-formed sea. The boat is equipped with a detachable forestay and a staysail to rig on it. In addition, the mainsail has 3 reef bands. These 2 sails are new as well as the symmetrical spinnaker. You will not need to use this staysail during this rental period. This boat is available for rent without a captain, I do not offer co-navigation. I require the skipper to have a good mastery of sailing, maneuvers, and equipment use. The boat is available from the port of Sainte Catherine in Locmiquélic in the bay of Lorient. You will have the chance to discover or rediscover our magnificent Breton coast by sea. The authorized capacity is 8 people on board, however for your comfort, I recommend having only 6 passengers. Onboard, you will find a bathing ladder for easy access to swimming, a removable dining table, and all the necessary electronic equipment (GPS, depth sounder, VHF, autopilot, electric windlass). It also has a motorized dinghy. Inside, you will have access to three double cabins + two single berths in the saloon. It also includes a kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, sink, chart table, and a bathroom with WC and pressurized cold water. The kitchen is equipped with plates, mugs, ramekins, salad bowls, cutlery, a kettle, and a French press coffee maker. The refrigerator works on 220 V and 12 V. The 220 V is only accessible when you are in port via the shore charger. Electricity production is ensured by the alternator when the engine is running and continuously by the 2 100 W solar panels. There are 2 AGM 95 W batteries for the service and an independent engine battery. This equipment is new and was installed last autumn. A battery monitor provides you with a precise and continuous status of the 2 battery circuits, service and engine. The inboard engine is a Yanmar 3 GM 27 hp which will allow you to move to your anchorages or beaches if the wind is not there. Fuel costs are at your expense, we will settle this at the port on the day of your rental!
