About this boat

The 2015 Jeanneau Sun Fast 3600 is a state-of-the-art performance racer-cruiser available for sale in Greece. Designed by Daniel Andrieu, this 36.91ft monohull prioritizes agility, speed, and exceptional handling, drawing inspiration from high-performance racing while offering a surprisingly spacious interior for six guests.

With a Sail Area to Displacement Ratio (SA/D) of 21.99, the boat delivers excellent performance in lighter winds and a lively feel across the wind range. Its Ballast to Displacement Ratio (Bal/D) of 0.425 ensures a stiff, stable platform capable of standing up to strong winds while providing comfortable motion in a seaway.

Sun Fast 3600 – 2015 (Launched 2016) This Sun Fast 3600 is configured as a genuine offshore racing yacht, not a standard production setup. Built in 2015 and launched in 2016, the boat combines infusion-moulded construction with a lightweight racing fit-out and carbon components throughout. The hull is paired with twin rudders and a lead keel, delivering high-speed control and predictable helm balance when pressed offshore or sailing deep angles. Steering is via twin carbon wheels, providing redundancy and weight reduction aft. The rig package is centred around a full carbon mast, significantly reducing weight aloft and improving righting moment and upwind efficiency. The sail inventory is complete and race-oriented, all supplied by Incidences (France), manufactured between 2015–2016 and minimally used. The S2 symmetrical spinnaker, supplied with a carbon spinnaker boom, was added specifically for the 2017 racing season. The yacht is equipped with a B&G electronics suite, suitable for offshore racing and navigation (full details available in the Pochon / Iridium documentation). The interior follows the Sun Fast 3600 offshore layout: Two aft cabins with pipe berths Saloon with opposing bench berths suitable for offshore crew rotation Dedicated navigation station Compact galley to starboard Separate head forward, directly accessible from the saloon This configuration prioritises weight distribution, crew functionality, and compliance with offshore race requirements rather than cruising comfort. The boat has proven offshore credentials, having participated in the 2017 Rolex Fastnet Race, confirming both preparation level and structural suitability for Category 2/1 style events.
