Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is made 45 days before the trip, 70% of the deposit value will be refunded, which is 30% of the total trip value (the attached bill). If the cancellation is made 30 days before the trip , 50% of the deposit value will be refunded. No amounts will be refunded if the cancellation is made during any other period. cancellation must be sent from your official Email to our Official Email : [email protected]. In case of unstable weather and Not approved by the local authorities, there will be some procedures, which is if we expect the weather to be regular on the next day, we will start our trip the next day and return on time, also possible for the cruise route to change , but if the weather is not expected to be irregular soon, we will allow You have the trip on a different date or a full refund.
