However, You may bring whatever "Picnic" food and drink you wish (BYOB). There is ample refrigeration and a cooler on board. Due to certain government and insurance restrictions, there is NO swimming off the boat. DRUGS: Unless otherwise designated as prescription or "over the counter", no drugs period. Though marijuana is legal in Maryland, it is not legal on the Federal level and thus not legal on this vessel as it is USCG Documented and the Captain is federally licensed.
