Client cancellations by the client on any day before the booking schedule are *NON-REFUNDABLE*
*CANCELLATION BY ELITE PEARL CHARTER:*
*a.* In the event of an authentic mechanical breakdown, charter will be rescheduled subject to yachts availability.
*b.* In cases of Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged subject to yacht availability. If this is not possible, 50% of the charter fee will be refunded.
