About the captain and owner

Born in Barcelona 36 years ago, Didac is a yacht captain and professional skipper as well as being a technical mechanical industrial engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. It has 4 professional SCTW specialty certificates: basic safety training, GMDSS restricted operator, rescue boat training and initial specific health training. He has been a skipper since 2009, has participated in numerous coastal and high altitude regattas and is a perfect connoisseur of the Catalan coast and the Balearic Islands.
Didac speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and French and combines his passion for the sea with traveling, having been to more than 40 countries and 4 continents. His dream is one day to sail around the world.
