Mimay is a vintage schooner, completely rebuilt (in 2023) and redesigned to ensure the comforts of a modern luxury yacht, while preserving the historical charm of classic wooden boats. The exteriors are characterized by masts with gaffs and square sails, ancient brass portholes, and iroko slats; the three decks, made of iroko, are designed to provide each couple with the possibility of an exclusive area, without giving up communal convivial areas. The interiors evoke the atmospheres of the early 20th century with historically valuable furniture. The saloon is divided into three areas: a living room featuring antique Chesterfield sofas, a bookcase, a stove, and a piano; the dining room with an antique English table from the late 19th century and display cabinets from the 1920s; the open galley, in stainless steel and marble, with an incorporated bar counter inside an antique pharmacy cabinet dating back to 1890. The cabins have been designed to ensure the comfort of a boutique hotel. The vessel initially had 1 VIP cabin and 4 doubles; during the refitting activities, it was decided to create 3 cabins, each VIP, over five meters wide with portholes on both sides, queen size beds, double bedside tables, secretary desks, marble bathrooms, large showers, air conditioning, and TV embedded in the paneling. The flag is Italian, and the company operates a professional rental service with a crew of 4 members for 3 couples of guests. Although the schooner is capable of carrying 20 people, it was decided to accommodate a maximum of 6 people to ensure maximum comfort. The crew stays aft in a large cabin, accessible from the exterior deck, separate from the guest area.
