However, this vessel may not be used to tow, push, pull, transport, launch, recover, or otherwise assist any other watercraft, including but not limited to jet skis, personal watercraft (PWCs), boats, kayaks, or similar vessels. If another vessel becomes disabled, renters should contact the appropriate marine assistance service rather than use this boat for towing. Unauthorized towing or assistance of another vessel will result in a $100 policy violation fee, in addition to any applicable charges for damage, excessive wear, recovery, or repairs resulting from the prohibited activity. Additional Policies: 🚫 No Smoking – Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the boat. 🚫 No Pets Without Prior Approval – Pets are not permitted unless approved by the owner before the rental. See add-on section for fees 🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee – Boats returned with excessive trash, stains, spills, mud, or requiring abnormal cleaning may be subject to an additional cleaning fee up to $100. ⛽ Fuel Policy – The boat must be returned with the same fuel level provided at departure, or fuel charges will be assessed. 📌 Holiday Booking Policy: All holiday reservations must be booked for a minimum of 6 hours or they will be canceled. Holidays include Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Father’s Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
