Cancellation policy

1. Entering the boat or yacht with wet clothes is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 1000 dirhams.

2. Trip rescheduling is allowed only up to seven days before the scheduled trip date, and it can be done once.

3. The advance payment is non-refundable.

4. The tenant assumes full responsibility for any damage to the boat, furniture, or other property of the establishment, as well as any personal injury to themselves, their guests, or others.

5. All passengers must carry identification in accordance with the General Law.

6. The establishment does not provide lifeguards.

7. The establishment does not accept responsibility for the supervision or care of children.

8. The establishment is not liable for the misuse of alcohol or smoking.

9. The establishment is not responsible for any loss of valuable items or personal belongings.

10. Use of shisha without prior approval from the establishment will result in a fine of 500 AED.

11. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the trip due to factors such as weather changes or mechanical failures that may jeopardize the safety of the trip.

12. All passengers, regardless of swimming ability, must wear life jackets at all times during the trip. Failure to comply is at the passengers' own risk.
