If you haven't arrived by then, Seaesta reserves the right to cancel your booking as no-show without refund --- Weather & Cancellation Policy --- In case of bad weather, customers will be informed at least 1 hour in advance and will be offered the possibility to reschedule their booking. If rescheduling is not possible for the customer, a 50% refund will be provided. Seaesta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking for safety reasons if any of the following conditions are forecasted or observed in the departure area: - Significant wave height of 0.5 meters or more; - Wind speed equal to or greater than Force 5; - Any official maritime weather warning, port authority restriction, or navigation restriction affecting the operating area. The final decision regarding navigational safety remains at the sole discretion of Seaesta.
