About this boat

Hello, I offer for rent my superb Bénéteau Océanis 35.1, available from Saint-Raphaël. A deposit of €3000.00 by check is required when renting. It is a 10.5-meter sailboat with a 29hp engine. The boat is from March 2018. It can accommodate up to 8 people in total, optimal for 6 but only for 4 passengers maximum in a rental without a captain. It is pointless to request a rental without a captain for more than 4 passengers. The boat is very rarely rented. I reserve 2 weeks for tenants I already know and who use it every year, and it remains available for 1 to 2 weeks for new tenants. I reserve the rest of the time for personal use. It is the ideal boat for a day trip for pleasure and to discover the surroundings of Saint-Raphaël. You will be 15 minutes from the Ile d'Or (Cap Dramont) with incredibly turquoise waters, 45 minutes of sailing from the Lérins Islands, Cannes, Nice, Saint Tropez, 4 hours from Port Cros, and 5 hours from Porquerolles. The cleaning company "Albatros," specialized in vessels, intervenes before each rental to clean and disinfect the boat entirely. This Océanis 35.1 is very well equipped for navigation at sea, everything is done to make your daily life easy. It includes: A bow thruster to assist in your port or anchoring maneuvers. An autopilot and latest generation GPS (Zeus 3 with ongoing subscription). 2 radios (1 fixed in the saloon, the other mobile and waterproof on deck). A sonar to locate, among other things, dangers around the vessel. USB and 220v sockets in each room of the boat (only one 220v socket works at sea). It is a very comfortable and secure boat. It is available for rent because it allows me to maintain and improve it. I reinvest in this sense every year. In 2026: 1. Bimini replacement in January 2026. 2. Engine service in March (date to be determined). 3. Replacement of service batteries (January 2026). 4. Toilet engine replacement. 5. Complete mainsail service. 6. Addition of a panoramic camera on the mast compatible with the plotter, allowing you to scan the surroundings of the boat from the saloon (February). 7. Mast and spreaders service, re-fixing of the antenna at the top of the mast (February). 8. Reversible air conditioning service. 9. Electric bilge pump replacement. 10. Bow thruster motor replacement. 11. TV replacement to enjoy the latest technologies (Bluetooth, WIFI, Canal+, Prime, and Netflix among others). In 2025: 1. Installation of reversible air conditioning. 2. Hull cleaning done at the end of March. 3. Engine service done at the end of March. 4. Depth sounder replacement. 5. Electric winch button replacement. 6. Lazy-bag replacement. In 2024: 1. New bimini (July 2024). 2. New bow thruster (June 2024). 3. New genoa. 4. Furler replacement. 5. Hull cleaning. 6. Refurbishment of the entire hull gelcoat (all small bumps) and polishing. 7. Engine service done. 8. Habitat battery replacement. In 2023: 1. New roof cover (masked coordinates) Hull cleaning (April 2, 2023). 3. Engine service. 4. Custom-made cushions for the cockpit in faux leather Serge Ferrari. 5. New bimini (February 2023). 6. Asymmetric spinnaker (available for an additional rental fee of €700/week) on CX15 furler, Voile Technifurl 60 m2. In 2022: Protection for: 1. Saloon sofa (in faux leather). 2. Complete winter protection cover protecting the cockpit. 3. Engine service. 4. Hull cleaning (Done on April 21, 2022, the boat's anniversary date). 5. Sail service. In 2021, the works are: -Teak stairs descent in the saloon instead of the current slippery PVC. -Teak in the saloon completely resurfaced (like new). -Even slightly damaged wood entirely redone or replaced. -Manual toilets become electric. -Engine battery replacement. -Habitat battery replacement. Rates do not include fuel and supplies. These remain the responsibility of the tenant. It can be rented with a captain for an additional €250.00 per day. For more information, feel free to contact me via messaging. I will be happy to assist you with your navigation project. See you soon, Patrice
