About this boat
Hello,
Welcome aboard this 1980s sailing boat. Renowned in its day, it is still comfortable, seaworthy and safe. It is a very pleasant boat to steer, a former racing boat that cuts through the waves despite the cross swells that can be encountered in the area. We chose this boat for all the above reasons, with the aim of organising a family trip in the coming years.
Its rigging:
All the shrouds are new from 2022.
95% of the running rigging (ropes) has been replaced.
The new battened mainsail was installed in October 2025.
The furling genoa is older but was overhauled in 2025.
The Solent and its deck bag are from 2022. A textile release forestay has been installed.
All manoeuvres are controlled from the cockpit piano, with the exception of the reefs and the mainsail halyard.
Its autonomy:
This year, we took another step towards self-sufficiency aboard our sailboat by installing 200W solar panels on the aft balconies. This, together with its 300 litres of fresh water, allows us to be completely self-sufficient and enjoy the many enchanting anchorages our coastal region has to offer, without having to call at all the local ports.
Comfort:
It has three double cabins, a kitchenette and a basic bathroom.
Cruising: A large sun awning provides shade for enjoying an anchorage or motoring if the wind drops.
The galley is well equipped. A two-burner gas stove and a gimbaled oven, new in 2024. But also: kettle, thermos coffee maker, frying pans, saucepans & everything you need for cooking.
No black water tank.
Safety: Regulatory coastal equipment.
6 self-inflating life jackets with two-point lanyards plus classic life jackets, including 2 for children (-15kg; 20-30kg). Various tools;
Removable cockpit table for outdoor aperitifs under the stars.
2-seater inflatable canoe, kayak and paddleboard serving as a dinghy with oars and inflator.
This boat is ideal for 5/6 people.
Knowing the region well, we will be delighted to advise you on your outings along the coast around Marseille (Côte Bleue, Calanques). However, you will find on board all the maps of the coastal area from Fos-sur-Mer to the Porquerolles Islands, to give you ideas for sailing and cruising according to the weather.
The boat is moored in Martigues, easily accessible by bus from St Charles station on the L034 line.
Please feel free to ask to arrive the night before or to change the departure and/or arrival dates/times: we can arrange this depending on availability. ;)
We hope to welcome you soon,
Alice & Clément
