Authorities may require a formal resume or declaration of experience to accompany the license. Co – Skipper must have a sailing experience or declaration of competence if they do not hold a separate license. The Croatian skipper sailing license Category B, Day skipper license is not accepted by Greek authorities (because of Adriatic Sea only limitation). If clients hold a RYA Day Skipper, they need to apply for an ICC certificate. The IYT - International Bareboat Skipper is not accepted by Greek authorities (because of daylight sailing limitations). IN CASE THE GREEK PORT POLICE WILL REJECT THE LICENSE AND REFUSE TO ISSUE PERMIT TO DEPART CHARTER FEE IS NON -REFUNDABLE ********************************************* For SKIPPERED CHARTER Please remember that the professional skipper needs in most cases to be provided with his own Oceans Evasionin, as he is obliged to sleep on board and take care of the safety of the yacht and crew despite of the charterer's presence. *************************************************** *Standard Cancellation Policy: 1 - 30 days before departure 100 % of the amount paid thru the platform is due 31 -60 days 70% of the amount paid thru the platform is refundable If cancellation is made 61 days or more and provided the boat is re booked / re lent in the same charter period, the same charter conditions and price the 30% of the advance payment is refundable and any bank charges for the return will be deducted from the amount. If the charterer arrives and decides to leave before the schedule date trip days not spent on the boat will not be refunded in the case of a no-show, 100% of the charter price is due. And in case you want to re schedule rebooking is free of charge If in case the rebooking schedule is different from the primary or initial schedule difference of the price depending on the sailing period will be applied *************************************************** We are a company with a big love of sailing and providing excellent service to our clients.
