Embark on an unforgettable fishing journey with Bass-Tub, San Francisco's top choice for sport fishing, bay cruises, and private charters. This second-generation Anfinson family operation runs a single 52-foot vessel out of Berth 4 at Fisherman's Wharf, offering a USCG-licensed experience for up to 36 anglers.
Built in 1978 at Westport shipyard in Westport, Washington, the current Bass-Tub is a 52-foot by 17-foot vessel that was formerly known as 'Ghost Rider'. Captain Erik 'Tubby' Anfinson, who started deckhanding for his father Cliff at 19, purchased this vessel to rebirth the operation after running the original Bass-Tub for 20 years.
Trips cover the scenic waters of San Francisco Bay, providing excellent opportunities for salmon fishing and other species. BYOB and food are allowed, making your charter a personalized and enjoyable experience.
