Anyone born on or after January 1st, 1988 is required by law to have a boating license permit to operate a personal watercraft in the state of Florida. Need to have a boater ID. Safety rules must be followed at all times The deposit is collected depending on the number of jet skis or if the owner wants to take a deposit.​ If the damage on the jet ski is more than the deposit, the renter is responsible for it. Renters agree they have no impediments or physical restrictions that will affect them when renting the jet ski. "Jet skis are a complimentary activity we include as added fun for our guests.
