Presenting High Occupancy, an extraordinary 164' Oceanfast Custom motoryacht built in 1989 and meticulously maintained since delivery. This iconic vessel, also known as "She's a 10" or "Thunder," combines massive internal volume with incredible 30-knot performance, powered by triple MTU engines totaling 9,360 hp.

Designed by Jon Bannenberg and Phil Curran, High Occupancy features a shallow draft of 5'3" thanks to Kamewa water-jet propulsion, allowing access to exclusive areas like the Bahamas. The yacht boasts a 2020 comprehensive refit including new hull paint, ceramic coating (2023), updated bridge electronics, and elegant new interiors.

A complete and extensive refit in 2015/16 saw her redone with 'cost as no issue'. Thunder's refit includes an entire new interior; everything has been changed including all new walls, ceilings, floors and furniture. The complete new interior is outfitted in Cavalli Visionaire furniture and furnishings throughout, by Cavalli. Her plush interior that has been completely redone at Lusben Shipyard in Viareggio, Italy.

The refit went beyond the interiors with updated electronics and the W6 completed on her MTU's.

When launched in 1998, Thunder B set new bounds in the mega yacht category. Thirty four knot speed and a draft of only 5'3". She provides the ability to get into places almost no other yacht of her size can go, and can get there faster than most, as well.

Beautiful entertaining spaces abound with a mid-ship Master Suite that is befitting a 50 meter yacht. Four more staterooms on the lower deck and an additional convertible den on the main deck, all with en-suite bathrooms provides private accommodations for 12.
