For your safety and compliance with Michigan boating regulations, all operators must present a valid photo ID. Guests born before July 1, 1996, may operate the boat without restrictions. Those born on or after that date must possess a valid boating safety certificate. Children under 6 years old are required by Michigan law to wear a USCG-approved Type I or Type II life jacket while aboard. Swimming, family outings, and responsible enjoyment of alcoholic beverages are welcome. Children are welcome onboard, and shoes and red wine are permitted.
