** THE BOAT DEPARTURE TIME WILL ALWAYS BE THE AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER THROUGH THIS MEANS, IF THE CUSTOMER IS DELAYED IN HIS BOAT DEPARTURE TIME, THE AGREED TIME WILL ALWAYS BE KEPT SINCE WE CANNOT DELAY CUSTOMERS WHO COME AFTER THAT THE BOAT MAKES SEVERAL DEPARTURES DURING THE DAY AND THE AGREED DEPARTURE TIME WILL BE REFLECTED IN THE CONTRACT ONCE THE RESERVATION IS MADE.

** The half-day schedule will be from 10:00 to 14:00 or from 15:30 to 19:30 ... the schedule can be adjusted somewhat but depending on the number of reservations.

** MINIMUM LICENSE FOR THIS BOAT ... PNB, IN CASE OF NOT HAVING IT THE BOAT MUST LEAVE WITH A SKIPPER THAT IS PAID IN THE OFFICE AND MUST BE NOTIFIED ONCE THE RESERVATION IS MADE.
PATTERN PRICE:
2 HOURS: 40 EUROS
4 HOURS: 70 EUROS
8 HOURS: 135 EUROS

Cancellation policy:

In case the weather conditions prevent the celebration of the excursion and we cannot find an alternative date, the total of the amounts paid in advance will be returned.

Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the ship from leaving the port or that the excursion is not carried out safely and comfortably for our clients.

Due to the constant changes in the weather we will not be able to make a final decision until 1 hour before the start of the excursion.

In no case will it be possible to decide to shorten the excursion on the fly once it has started, meaning this in a reduction of the rate.

If the client approves a change of date but once accepted decides to cancel, the amount paid can no longer be returned. The company will not be obliged to make further date changes unless they are for meteorological reasons.

If the client is late for his reservation time, the company is not obliged to give him more extra time. In the event that the client does not leave on time for company reasons, it will be compensated by offering more time to the client.
