REGULATIONS TO READ: - the boat is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank - the delivery time is at 9:30 am with a tolerance of 15 minutes (*THERE WILL BE NO ONE ABLE TO DELIVER THE BOAT AFTER THIS TIME*) and the return time is at 6:00 pm with a tolerance of 15 minutes (it is not possible to return before 6:00 pm) - in case of return after 6:30 pm it will not be possible to refuel because the distributor at Porto Mirabello closes at 6:30 pm, therefore the skipper will approximately calculate the cost of the fuel consumed and it must be paid *CASH ONLY* - you are required to notify *30 MINUTES* before arriving at the port both in the morning to find the boat ready immediately, and in the evening to ensure that the skipper is already on site without making you wait unnecessarily - in case of anchor loss you will be charged a fee of €70.00, in any case, if you run aground, before dropping anchor and rope, notify the skipper so that he can help you - if the boat runs out of fuel you must promptly notify the skipper and send geolocation; you will be charged a rescue cost of €30 plus the price of the fuel used - upon delivery of the boat, you must leave a deposit of *€100.00 CASH ONLY* - the boat must never be abandoned but at least one person must remain on board unless you are paying for mooring (Portovenere) - *ACCESS TO THE NATIONAL PARK OF CINQUE TERRE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED*, VEHICLES ARE MONITORED THROUGH - THE RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER EVEN WITH INSURANCE ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY WITH WAVES OF 1.5 METERS OR WIND AT 25 KNOTS AS REQUIRED BY REGULATIONS
