Flexible Cancellation – Full Refund
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure for a full refund of the rental price.
Late Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are subject to a 50% charge of the rental price.
No-Show
- If the renter does not show up or fails to notify us, the full rental amount will be retained.
Weather Conditions
- In case of unsafe weather conditions, the rental will be rescheduled or fully refunded at no extra cost.

- For customized trips, parties, or special events, a non-refundable deposit may apply. Details will be confirmed during booking.
