I rent out this wonderful Janneau 40.3 for relaxing days with family or friends. This 12-meter sailboat has 3 single cabins, one reserved for the owner with a private bathroom, and 3 additional berths in the dinette. The boat can accommodate 8 people, but will sail with a maximum of 6 guests. My Janneau 40.3 is moored at Porto Rosa Tonnarella Messina, from there it is easy to reach Vulcano in a couple of hours, or if you prefer a daily outing, you can anchor in the Marinello Tindari Lakes reserve, 20 minutes sailing, or Capo Milazzo, 2 hours sailing. What's not included in the price: Skipper: €200 per day to be paid on-site. Mandatory final cleaning €200 to be paid at the base upon arrival. Mooring fees, provisions also for the skipper, fuel (the boat must be returned with a full tank), €1,000 security deposit in cash or check. Outboard engine (engine and fuel for the tender) €150 per week. Bed linen, sheets, and towels set €20 per person per week. Transfer upon request.
