Deze Van der Zee 10.40 AK uit 1995 is een solide gebouwd stalen motorjacht met een betrouwbare DAF 575 dieselmotor (105 PK). Dankzij de knikspant romp en boegschroef vaart zij comfortabel en is manoeuvreren eenvoudig. Het interieur is warm afgewerkt met mahoniehout en biedt een praktische indeling met achterkajuit, slaapplaats voor twee personen en een nette keuken met 4-pits kooktoestel en koelkast. Stahoogte ca. 1,85 m. Technisch goed uitgerust met o.a. Victron acculader en omvormer, 400W zonnepaneel, heteluchtverwarming en boiler. Recent onderhoud uitgevoerd: romp geschilderd (2024), opbouw (2025) en antifouling (2025).
