- In case of bad weather: rain more than 40% of the day or winds exceeding force 6, the boat will be closed. will postpone the rental to the next day that the client wants and the boat is available, paying the difference in rate if there is one.

- In case the client cannot attend later, exceptionally 50% of the rental will be returned, discounting the commissions and fees of SAMboat.

- Our staff will determine on the same day of the rental in the port with the clients already present if the conditions are not suitable, never days before.
