Transfer service upon request (can only be arranged the latest 7 days before embarkation) Early Embarkation at 14:00hrs (upon request & subject to no damages from the previous charterer): € 200 Internet Pack: Wi-Fi router, 12GB/week € 70 Extra linen: € 10 per set (1xset = 2 sheets, 1 pillow case, 1 face towel, 1 bath towel) Provisioning service: € 20 Cabin conversion: € 150 (where applicable), Pets allowed (up to 6kg) with a double-end cleaning fee Automatic Life Jackets (subject to availability): € 30/item/week *Blister/Gennaker (subject to availability): Athens or Lavrio: € 200/week, on all other bases plus € 50 (delivery fee) plus Refundable Security Deposit € 600 payable by credit card * in case of a last-minute cancellation (at the base), the client will be charged in full for the blister’s charter fees, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the supplier. Safety Net: € 200 SUP (Stand Up Paddle) (subject to availability): € 120/week, plus a Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 payable by credit card Crew Change (only in our bases) is allowed up to 75% during the charter. If it is over 75%, it is considered a new charter. Crew change fees in our bases (the skipper remains the same): € 100, price includes water, electricity and marina fees/services. Charter Pack for crew changes as per our Price List. *CREW (require their own cabin/head) Skipper: € 190/day, plus food provisions Cook: € 190/day, plus food provisions Hostess: € 180/day, plus food provisions *It is at the guests’ discretion whether or not they wish the crew to join them ashore for meals. Provisions must be onboard for the crew; otherwise, the amount for their meals is Euro 30/day/person Crew gratuities are not included in the rate. ** In case of a last-minute cancellation, the client will be charged in full one month before embarkation, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the crew. SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY Our company requires, as follows: DAMAGE WAIVER plus REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (must be paid on the spot and is mandatory) Damage waiver + Refundable security deposit €150/per charter + €350/per charter Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability in the event of damage to the yacht, damage or loss of ancillary equipment or damage caused by a third party during your charter. It is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party, and all risks of damage/theft, whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper or the clients. It is indemnified in all cases. The refundable deposit will be kept in case of tender/ outboard loss and clogged toilets. On the Skippered charters (provided by ), only the Damage Waiver is required without Refundable Security Deposit. PAYMENTS A 40% deposit is required upon signing the charter contract and within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance of 60% is required 30 days prior to departure to our bank account The full payment is required for last moment bookings only by credit card, Master or Visa CANCELLATION POLICY Booking cancelled more than 31 days before embarkation, 40% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee Upgrade/change, subject to the cancellation policy SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT In Greece, when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide an original sailing certificate/license (in English language or officially translated) Certificates for motor yachts, sailing on day-light hours only, weather conditions limitations and miles restrictions are not accepted by the Port Authorities. INSURANCE According to Greek law, the boat is insured against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment over the Refundable or the Non Refundable deposit.
