I' m sailing since I'm 5. There are 2 double cabins, the one on the back accept even 3 children in case. Electric toilets new. Zodiac for 5 persons with 5cv. Sails in very good shape, new spinnaker. I always try to avoid motor, and I'm very attentive at security.
